供应商按照本文件规定的设计要求和技术规格书的规定，提供包含工程设计、设备采购、施工安装的成套净水处理车间设备。供应商要完全确保建成的净水处理车间成套设备设施满足功能要求。业主旨在依靠供应商的专业技能、工程判断及提供类似设备的经验，确保设备的安全性和可靠性。供应商应该保证净水处理车间成套装置设计施工具有20年的使用寿命。

The Supplier shall provide the complete equipment of clean water treatment workshop including engineering design, equipment purchase and construction & installation according to design requirements stipulated by the document and provisions of Technical Specification, and completely ensures that the complete equipment of clean water treatment workshop which has been constructed can satisfy functional requirements. The Owner aims to depend on professional skills, engineering judgment and relevant experience of providing similar equipment of the Supplier to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment. The Supplier shall guarantee that the complete equipment of clean water treatment workshop designed & constructed by it can have the service life of 20 years.
