西安万隆制药股份有限公司是一家致力于药品研发、生产、销售于一体的高新技术企业。成立于1995年5月26日，注册地址位于西安市高新区新型工业园创新路5号，注册资本为7,500万元。公司员工人数为500余人，总资产为3亿元。公司主要产品包括：抗感染制剂系列、血容量扩充剂系列，肠外营养液系列，特色专科中成药等。2014年10月12日，该公司与我公司签订了年度合同，委托我方为其提供资料翻译，包括日译中，英译中的资料。医药方面的资料专业性比较强，我们项目主管选择的是具有专业背景的译员承担此类翻译工作，译前阶段，译员需要查阅大量的相关资料，译中阶段，译员每遇到无法透彻理解的问题，都及时与客户进行认真的沟通，保证了理解到位，译后阶段，译员与客户进行了仔细的复查工作，使译文更加完善。客户也我公司提供的翻译也非常满意，自此我们双方建立了长期的合作关系。

本中心于11月1日接受由陕西省新医院戒毒康复中心和民生药业公司出品的戒毒新药------金乐宁胶囊（批准文号：陕卫药制字（1999）第0136号，生产批号990201），随即按产品说明书组织选择试用观察，并分别于11月3号至8号，在医生的严密监视下，对68名患者接受治疗观察，其中男性40名，女性28人。年龄最大的50岁以上最小的14岁，吸毒史例最长的达6年6个月，最短的9个月。服药后第2天症状得到控制，第3.4天无明显症状出现，第5.6天症状基本消失，7天后症状全无。

This is to certify that we accepted the new anti-toxicant drug-Jinlening capsule produced by Shaanxi Xinyi Drug Rehabilitation Center and Minsheng Pharma (Registered Number of Approval: SHAN WEI YAO ZHI ZI [1999] No. 0136, Batch No.: 990201), immediately organized to select probational cases according to “Specification” and 68 patients were put into treatment and observation respectively from November 3-8 under the strict observation of doctors. There were 40 male patients and 28 female patients. The eldest of them was 50 years old and the youngest was 14 years old, the one who had the longest course of disease (drug addiction history) was 6 years and 6 months and the one has the shortest course of disease was 9 months. The symptom was controlled on the second day after taking this medicine. There was no obvious symptom on the third day and the fourth day. The symptom almost disappeared on the fifth day and the sixth day. There was no symptom on the seventh day.
